About

I’m a workforce and operations analytics specialist with more than a decade of experience working with operational data across logistics, retail, healthcare, and service organizations.

My work focuses on one question: how can organizations understand demand and allocate resources more effectively?

In my current role at MetroPlusHealth in New York, I help manage analytics and workforce planning for a contact center handling thousands of calls each day. I build forecasting models, reporting systems, and performance dashboards that allow leadership teams to make informed operational decisions.

Earlier in my career I worked in logistics and market analytics roles with companies including adidas and major retail organizations in Ukraine, developing a strong foundation in applied analytics and operational systems.

My academic background is in economic-mathematical modeling and data science, which shapes my approach to analytics: combining statistical thinking with practical operational insight.

Beyond professional analytics work, I’m interested in the intersection of data, technology, and creative systems — exploring how analytical thinking can inform fields as diverse as design, technology, and culture.
